Deceased Estate Clearance
At McNally Estate Clearance, we understand the difficulties with dealing with the death of a loved one. Our goal is to help manage their property with respect and compassion.
We are able to assist in the entirety of the clearance depending on the desired outcome. We offer complete services to sell, donate, recycle or dispose of any items at the property. This includes all items located, included hazardous materials and confidential documents.

De cluttering / Hoarded Properties
We aim to provide a supportive approach to declutter a property. We understand that over years, the collection of items can amount to many and result in a hoarded environment.

We work closely with the client and family to identify items of importance, ones to be sold and the remainder to be disposed of.

Its often difficult to know where to start in these circumstances, and that is where we are here to help. With years experience in hoarded properties, no job is too big.

Home Clearance / Down Sizing
House Clearance - when family have had to make the decision for a loved one to move into care, clearing the home can be a daunting task. At McNally Estate Clearance, we will work closely with the family to ensure that items of sentimental value are cherished, and the remaining is either donated or disposed of.
